FSET Employment & Training Specialist
The Southwest Wisconsin Workforce Development Board (SWWDB) is seeking applications for a full-time FoodShare Employment & Training (FSET) Specialist for the Rock and Green County areas.
FSET Specialists are needed for activities in Rock County in Southwest Wisconsin. FSET Specialists will provide direct services to FSET participants. Will schedule introductory appointments with all referrals for enrollment and orientation activities, conduct participant assessments, development employment plans, coordinate/deliver FSET component activities, and provide ongoing case management. Will also update the client assistance for re-employment and economic support (CARES) system detailing participant activity.
Preferred candidates will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a high level of expertise in customer service and the ability to work with diverse individuals and groups. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate proficiency in data entry and possess a strong foundation in computer literacy; electronic case file recordkeeping experience is a plus. Must be adaptable to constant change and can work in a fast-paced environment.
The wage for this position is $20 per hour or greater depending on experience.
