Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) - 2020-2023

The Southwest Wisconsin Workforce Development Board (SWWDB) has published the Southwest Wisconsin Workforce Development Plan as required by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2014. SWWDB receives Federal and State funding to coordinate the delivery of employment and training activities in the southwest Wisconsin Counties of Grant, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, Richland and Rock Counties. The 2020-2023 Local Plan describes labor market conditions in southwest Wisconsin, including workforce needs, programs and partnerships.
